Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – A Research-Based Treatment
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach for addressing a range of issues that can interfere with people’s lives. CBT is a good fit for results-oriented individuals and couples who want to actively participate in their treatment. Utilizing techniques that have been rigorously studied, CBT helps clients make changes they can maintain even after the end of treatment.
